Before you start
When will I be charged?
Not today. We take your card now so the trial can roll into a plan without a break, but nothing is charged until day 8. Cancel before then from Billing in your dashboard and you pay nothing.
How do I cancel?
From your dashboard, under Billing, in one click, any time. No email, no call. Cancel during the trial and the card is never charged.
What counts as a creator?
One person you manage, with all her connected accounts. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads and X together count as one creator.
Do you handle VAT?
Prices exclude VAT. Customers in the EU pay 22% Slovenian VAT, unless you are an EU business outside Slovenia with a valid VAT number, then it is 0% (reverse charge). Outside the EU there is no VAT. The exact amount is shown before you pay, and every payment comes with an invoice.
Can I get invoices for my company?
Yes. Tick "Buying as a company" and enter the company name, address and VAT number. They go on every invoice. You can change them later and download every invoice under Billing in your dashboard.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the end of the billing period. You can also switch between monthly and yearly.
Is there a yearly plan?
Yes. Pay yearly and you get 2 months free: 12 months for the price of 10. The 7-day free trial applies the same way.
Can I pay with PayPal?
Yes. Pick PayPal in step 3. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed by Stripe.
